Puerto Mágico is designed so that cruise passengers, visitors and locals can move around comfortably — including people with reduced mobility, older adults and families with strollers.
What you'll find on site

- Wide walkways that allow movement with a wheelchair or stroller
- Accessible restrooms within the complex
- Support staff at the information desk to help you find your way
- Bilingual service (Spanish and English) for international visitors
- Rest areas distributed along the route
If you're arriving by cruise, the route from the pier to the entrance can be walked or taken on the shuttles that run inside the maritime terminal. See Getting here for the details of each access point.
